Looking for easy day hikes in the central Sierra region?

          CSERC has officially finished our new hiking guide -- 10 Easy Sierra Day Hikes! You can access it being clicking here, although you may also see printed versions distributed for free at local businesses in the Central Sierra area. We picked 10 of our favorite hikes between Highways 4 and 120 that can be accomplished in a day, and provided simple maps, descriptions, and directions to each one. 

          We want residents and visitors of this beautiful region to experience the scenic waterways, diverse wildlife and the wild places that our center works hard to protect. We hope to encourage great outdoor experiences with free resources, like our hiking guide, so that we can also encourage people's appreciation of the natural world.
